Central Oktibbeha Fire Protection District
Demographics
The fire district comprises 20.3 square miles of rural and suburban communities. Residences are virtually all single-family wood-frame or brick structures and 10 to 15 mobile homes. There is one small wood yard, an 8,000 sq. ft. furniture manufacturing plant, a small-engine repair shop, a welding shop, and a body shop. There is also a handful of home businesses, including an upholstery shop, an electronics repair shop, and a beauty salon. There are five churches and a 3,600 sq. ft. community center.
There are approximately 1,000 residents living in 260 homes.
